This is a merlot! Drinks beautifully so flavorful with a wonderful smokey mid palate flavor and a finish that's long lasting, a little pepper on nose but not spicy!

Wow! What an amazing Merlot. Blackberry, hint of tobacco, vanilla, and coffee notes. All the more the reason to love Merlot.

Going to macauley, hunnicutt, b cellars tomorrow. Thought we would try venge tonight to round it out. I don't have them next to me but think it's like a blend of the 2013 (structure) and 2014 (fruit)

This is a nice drinking merlot. A testament to its quality it was given complements from a cab snob. This is smooth and elegant with several different attributes. Plums, and raspberries and tobacco were some of the highlights for me. I liked the finish of this one.
