Vintage 2018 / nice wine from a cooperative, quite fruity and fresh for a wine from the South of Italy, Apulia. I tasted the Vermentino on itself (satisfying), with a tomato salad (better) and with a hearty cake (filled with sausage, plums and pistachios - best).

Sharp and buttery. Great to go with whatever meal you would have. Currently enjoying with a pizza, gnocchi, and warm Italian olives.
