Incredible stuff. Showing enough right red fruit mixed with earthy herbs and spices as well as dried orange rind. Everything was in perfect harmony and balance.

Really fun wine to taste, surprisingly fresh. Good density.

Hanging in there! A bit funky on the nose, solid on the palate.

A surprise this aged blend of Grenache and Carignan - smooth tannins, round wine focused on light fruits, light rustic wild notes with aromatics herbal and tertiary aromas - the domaine have a few old wines for a very fair price - a great discovery thanks to the Grenache Association 😀

A little tired but definitely fun for tonight's crew. $64, well placed on a 4 star wine list...not a lot of fruit or spice but still interesting.

Black cherries, figs, apple brandy, blood orange, leather, tobacco, forrest floor, iodine, violets, turmeric, cinnamon. Lively rounded acid, medium bodied, satin texture, mellow tannin presence, long floral-herbal-slightly bitter finish. Timid, yet evolved aromatics, texture driven, excellent weight, excels with glazed pork.

Med body, soft fruit with some funk, short finish
