You ever had one of them super tart green apples that make you pucker intensely but have a strange taste that makes you bite into the apple and just suck the juice out through your teeth and when you drain the apple you chew on it a bit but it's still too tart so grab another apple and start sucking away? This is the wine equivalent. Tart. Fruity. Would be nice if mixed with something bubbly or sweet. Goes ok with spicier foods.
