Valentina Passalacqua is a powerful voice and she’s telling us that liter wines don’t have to suck. She makes quite a few tall boys and they make us think differently about bulk wine. Sovrachiaro is made from Bombino Bianco and it’s worth paying attention. Heightened honey basil, mangos, pineapple, and lemon drop happy vibes.

Light, fresh, and fun-kay! Floral nose along with a pronounced Brett-y barnyard quality. Fresh and acidic on the palate with a lingering funkiness and maybe just a touch of VA. Great food pairing wine.
