Brut Prosecco

This Prosecco carries a light yellow tint and aromas of apples, pears and peaches - dressed up in citrus minerality. The bubbles disappear completely in a minute. On the palate, a racy acidity will be quite noticeable if you have bitten your tongue lately. The red apple flavor joins the stone fruit and cherry in a very pleasant combination. The finish is medium lengthy and fully enjoyable, as it brings back that minerality.

Melons, green apples, and a fun demeanor. Vibrant refreshing acidity from a sparkling white that doesn't take itself too seriously.

Edgy ripe fruit & bitterness abound. This is a straightforward Prosecco not trying to do too much. Lacks the complexities of DOCGs, but is a great example of an entry level 100% Glera.

A nice quaffer to start the evening. A very decent #prosecco

Would not even consider it as table wine.

As a wise man once said, sometimes all you need is the bubbles and the alcohol. The only prosecco in Tulalip. Passable.
