Beautiful pale salmon pink color. Light, mineral driven nose with touches of watermelon and citrus. Soft, but with a striking amount of minerality and acidity. Touches of red fruits and savory notes with a touch more body than your normal Provence rose. The finish is long and very dry with a nice savory, salty note. Really a remarkable rose.
