Plum, cedar, raspberry, and eucalyptus. A touch on the sharp side for me, but lots of flavor.

Vanilla, blackberry, plum, and cherry with dusty dry spice. Big and flavorful, I enjoyed it with the salami the vineyard makes that also has Zinfandel in it. A tasty combination.

A nutty nose of pistachios and almonds with vanilla highlights. The palate is oaky and heavy with dried fruit. Ample tannin and acid in the finish. Meats with brown gravy should match well.

Overall v. Satui wine is somewhat bitter. This zinfandel tastes even like salty. Not suitable for the price.
