When I was at winery I was told an unknown quantity of Petite Sirah and Carignane were added. Deep Ruby with aromas of jammy berry fruits and sweet spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and blackberry fruit with creamy oak, vanilla and currant tones. Well integrated on fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit and mineral character. Very nice! Perfect now!

Apr 7th, 2022Tobacco, smoke, blackberry, and hints of coffee. Dark, big, and more like a Cabernet Sauvignon then a jammy Zinfandel.

Don’t remember the last time I drank Zinfandel, so I’m not sure if most taste like this. BUT it’s so smooth and flavorful. The beginning half of the sip is mellow and low key (ya know?). The after-tones are very nice. Subtle tartness. Not too dry. Thanks to Alex’s mom :)

Jan 6th, 2020I had already had a bottle of prosecco when I opened this wine and about an hour for it to loosen up my taste buds.
This wine was soooo delicious it was worth the hangover heartburn I had the next day.
The flavors were amazing and this was perfect with the meal I had cooked. The plums were dancing and the body was not intensely heavy. I would love to have a casual case of this wine, for sipping on a Tuesday night.
