Pale ruby. Red cherries, ripe, bright luscious fruit. Vanilla, mint, coconut, brown sugar and a bit of savoryness. A little hot on the palate but still a well balanced wine with nice layers.

I am a huge fan of Sattui's Howell Mountain wines. Incredible layers of spicy vanilla, just a hint of bramble, great tannic structure. Would hold up for more years but enjoyable now
