Sep 6th, 2016I'm in love with this winery! I've drank so many wines from these guys since last November. This dry Riesling is a gem. I love this German varietal actually and this one has the perfect balance of sweetness and a dry crisp finish. Honeydew melon, apricot, lemon, and a hint of lavender.

Sep 4th, 2016Amazing wine. Not too sweet like other Rieslings....just right. Honeysuckle bouquet, green apple aroma and honey. Crisp taste and smooth and slightly dry finish. I paired it with a soft Parmesan cheese.

Surprised by this Sauvignon blanc. 100% stainless steel aging gives it very citrusy notes like peach, lime, mango, and lemon. Solid acidity, one I would enjoy with spicy food. #napavalley #winelife #vsattui
