Cuvée Blanc Dry Creek Valley White Blend

A shining example of what I'd like more California white wine to be like. Salty, great acidity, floral, persistent. First impression is of crushed rocks and searing acid. I love this.

Hopefully this wine will be on my wishlist for the summer!

Bigger body than I was expecting. But still a classy way to spend a hot Indian Summer afternoon with friends. At Chez Lapinski.
