Light salmon in colour.
Bright strawberries and cranberry on the nose.
Delicate flavours of Rainier cherries, Macintosh apple, and rhubarb.
Medium bodied with crisp acidity on the finish.

It was paired with sopes de pollo and with Montreal smoked meat. Worked great both times. Good acidity and freshness. Not too sweet or dry. Mineral.
