Deep salmon colour with aromas of dried strawberries, ligonberries, peaches, hibiscus and some yeast. Vivacious bubbles, light airy body with refreshing acidity. On the palate, more strawberries, cranberries, nectarine with some orange peel, minerality and a touch of candied apple on the short-medium finish. Nice to see a good rosé charmat sparkling from the Island! — a year ago

Very Fruit forward, and about as full a Pinot as you will get. Almost like a California Pinot. Very very impressed, this is a cut above anything else from the Cowichan Valley. On par with any premium Pinot noir from BC. Try it if you find it! — 2 months ago
