Mostly Sarah with a little bit of viognier. Nice one to have with dinner but not especially complex, decent aromatics.

Dec 10th, 2020This wine is really a surprise. Unionville says this is the first time they ever tried a sparkling wine, and it is a winner. Not a ton of complexity but very well-balanced with a nice earthiness and Riesling character. Can't wait for the next one.
