My oh my, this hit the spot on a balmy evening! Candied orange slices, gingery funk, floral and a hint of those sweethearts Valentine’s Day candies on the nose. Palate is zippy, citrusy and refreshingly dry. Just a perfect balance of everything 😍

Perfect balance. Tropical. Floral. Good pairing up with black bass crudo and pineapple.
