Chopsticks by Unico Zelo. 80% old bush vine Muscat, 10% Pinot Grigio, 8% Sav Blanc and 2% Fiano. Lots of oxidative wine making and flor. Very perfumed with a savoury backbone. As the name implies it's a great match with Asian.
