Blanched almonds, herbs, lemon, white peach, green apple and a little grapefruit zest, stones, all smoothed out by a lightly creamy texture. Medium bodied and quite refreshing. Excellent with our cheesy garlic bread w crab.

Lean and spicy. Medium bodied. Good minerals. It’s hard to describe largely nonaromatic wines. There’s some honeyed and herbaceous notes, with a lifted mint on the palate. The finish is spicy, the mouth electric.
