Jun 24th, 20232017 base, 48 mois is still a baby. Very enjoyable but so much more to offer with some more bottle age, I’m sure. Best after 2 hours open.

It displays a stunning crystalline purity and a seamless combination of richness and elegance. It’s layered with white flowers, fresh brioche, lemon candy and signature chalky minerals with fantastic persistence, cut and texture. A little age goes such a long way with these wines. Terrific.

Baked apples and pears, slight curry/masala spices, white rocks, low dosage, medium plus acidity. Lovely old school mixed with new generation style champagne.

Amazing champagne!! Unfortunately, Galatoire’s has seen better days! Really not good food, cooked poorly under seasoned and over all terrible! Every now and then, you gotta have a shitty meal to put things in perspective. Galatoire’s did it
