Les Enfers Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Champagne Chardonnay 2015

Cannot get enough of these magical Champagnes from Olivier Collin. Glad to snag this last bottle. The 2015 60 months sur lattes just dials everything up to 10. It’s deep and intense and radiates with energy and Burgundian flair. It has leesy richness, while at the same time shows impeccable purity and elegance. Swirls in a Burgundy glass unleash its core of caramelized stone fruit, curry leaf, rose oil and exotic spices along ripping citrus inflicted acids that lead to a long, tension filled and smoky mineral infused finish. Truly, like if Meursault could sparkle ✨ — 4 days ago

Pauillac Red Bordeaux Blend 2010

Clear, deep ruby colour with clean, pronounced nose of black fruits. Dry with evenly matched tannins and acidity, full bodied with flavours of blackberries and vanilla. Long finish. Very good quality. — 4 months ago

Cuvée Tradition Brut Crémant de Limoux Chardonnay Blend

Deep, old gold color. Small bubbles. Apple and pear, creamy and high falutin' without being snooty. I love this one. — 4 months ago

Les Roises Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Champagne Chardonnay 2016

Olivier Collin’s Champagnes have to be in the conversation of some of the absolute very best in the region. Les Roises, 48 months sur lattes, and coming from the oldest vines in the lineup, is an absolutely stunning expression of Chardonnay. It’s like drinking some of the best White Burgundy with bubbles. With dazzling complexity, riveting energy and an intensely aromatic bouquet, it wafts from the glass with rich caramelized stone fruits, red roses, smoke and stony minerals. The palate is expansive, dense and vibrant with fantastic midpalate depth and a stunningly long finish. I need more Ulysse Collin in my life 🔥 — 5 months ago
