Huge aromas of blueberry, smoke, liquid minerals and smoke. Very tarry. A bit of heat. Palate is opulent and ripe with good intensity and richness. Acid is a bit low but it’s a good sip. Maybe will grow with air? I will be back. Acid becomes more pronounced with air and it gets more complex.

Feb 2nd, 2024Big nose. Blueberry, blackberry, red cherry, plum, spice and a general sense of cool climate. Palate is rich but with a whiplash of acidity and freshness on the finish. Very pure and clean. Good fruit and excellent hint of rusticity but also a good structure and acid spine to ensure nice aging.
