Done in such a light style. Lime, bitter. A touch of quince. Very clear and lemongrass crystal. Medium light bodied with very little/no oak. It’s lean and racy, best drunk cold. Would be great aged. I enjoyed this.

Good straightforward Semillon, and a good value. Great with Blue Cheese. Nothing fancy, but clean citrus flavor and mild nose.
