Opened as part of an Asian-inspired dinner. Floral notes. Decided to serve room temp, not cold. Very good.

I remember good artisan Sakes. Ty-Ku is deliciously complex... accentuating fruit nectar, and spice, dry smooth mid-palate with a clean finish. Paired with smoke salmon sashimi and tuna tataki.
