A very unusual blend of 34% Cab Sauv, 34% Syrah, 19% Petit Surah, 8% Merlot and 5% Malbec.
Pours a dark purple with some ruby at the edges. The nose offers some leafy Cab fruit and some meaty/bloody Syrah character as well. The tannins are still unresolved and feel wood influenced here. Had this with grilled steak and it paired well. Probably better with rib eyes or another fatty cut.

Well done new world red blend, with dark berry fruits and nice oak use. Despite how forward this is, begs for another sip.

Smooth upfront with some spice on the finish. Dark fruits dominate, plum and fig.

Great berry flavors. Balanced after spending about an hour in the decanter.

Fruit forward, nicely done, maybe a bit young

Color of inky dark purple with haze and nice legs on the rim. Nose of nice dark chocolate, raisin, leather, salty bacons, and sweet dark fruit note. Nose is powerful yet round. Taste of sweet note, with powerful tannins, low acidity, zesty, minty, a bit oaky, and spice note. Aftertaste of sweet plum, dried dates, bittersweetness, but a bit weak on the structure. Considering it is red blend and its price range, I am expecting more from it.

No need to decant. Long, smooth finish. Dry and clean with only a hint of berries. Can stand alone without a need for a food pairing.

An underlying sweetness to this that surprised me. Not a bad thing
