Caton Vineyard Moon Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon

Dense ruby color. Mint and mountain herb inflected black cherry and plum fruit. Acid is fresh and tannin is present. Finishes cedary and spicy with a both of alcohol heat.

Needs some time but it's gonna be nice. Well rounded/balanced with plenty of tannins to round out. Open in a few years.

10/21. Good medium bodied cab. Feels nice on the palate and has a smooth. Paired well with the Cobia at Mr. Friendly’s.

Less than 56 cases produced. Tastes close to 100% Cabernet Sauvignon due to the amount of sweetness. Possible residual sugars. This is the special limited edition. Very inky dark in color. No bubbles. Very fruit forward. Moderate tannins. Prefer my Cabernet Sauvignon mixed with some Merlot grapes. Dark fruit scent such as dark cherries.
