Dec 21st, 202016.2% ABV, and not a hint of heat. That’s a balanced wine. Excellent pairing with takeout chicken cacciatore, helping the local restaurants while we’re staying home. Nice to have lots of good wine on hand.

This wine is a bruiser. Brambly dark berries and spice make up this wine built to last. No rush to drink but if you do give it a big decant. Opened up more on the second day but not completely.
