The palate starts with strawberry jam, cherry pie, rhubarb pie, and plum with cinnamon, clove, and allspice emerging mid-palate. Menthol and American oak make an appearance near the end. Moderate plus acid and medium tannin and alcohol. This is a complex and substantial Pinot well representing the SLH designation.
