Red and black cherry, red raspberry, hint of birch beer and spice. An almost smoky minerality wafts here and there. Subtle, refreshing acid and a light and lingering finish. 14.2% abv is still integrating but is certainly not hot or clumsy. Would love to see it in four or five years.
