Bright chrysanthemum color with very fresh aromas of melon, guava, and flower boquet. Medium-to-full-bodied with very clean and nice taste of ripe guava, pickled gooseberry, and a touch of mint & honey-lemon on the palate. Lively acidity & harmonious acidity, and paired well with both raw & grilled seafood.
