Trisaetum
Pinot Noir Nuit Blanche
Golden hue. Baked peaches, cantaloupe and hints of smoke on the nose. Banana, creme fraiche , and more cantaloupe on the palate with a soft lingering finish. Drinking nicely right now but might be fun to cellar another couple of years.

Jan 12th, 2015Tart green apple, stone fruits, lime, grapefruit, nice acid, long finish; nice summer wine by the pool.

Jul 21st, 2013This is a worthy bottle that brings a little something different to the table. Pretty pale copper color. A subtle yet assertive nose of peach, apricot and wet stone. The flavor is reminiscent of watermelon rind and Rainer Cherry and really attacks the sides of the tongue with its prickly acidity. There's some barrel influence in there too which really comes out on the nutty finish. All in all a fun talking piece that could pair well with a variety of seafood or salads or just quench the thirst on a sunny summer afternoon.
