December 11, 2021 - very nice, medium bodies, lightlybacidic, dry red. A soft raisin flavor with a hint of spice. Very drinkable.

Forgot to take tasting notes. Like a Pinot Noir, nice light acidity. Fantastic paired with roasted flavors like turkey.

Chocolate, very smoky earthy flavor and smell. I paired it with raspberry filled dark chocolate and it was excellent but I’m sure it will be good with bbq
