It’s good. It is...actually a white I’d say either needs food or needs to be dipped over a long amount of time. Wild that the “Pinot Grigio” people think of is so personality free when the same grape, Pinot Gris speaks of all sorts of spices and raw to bake-ish stone and orchard fruity fun.

Aromas of flowers, peaches, Granny Smith apples, and pear underlaid by minerals and baking spices.
Palate showing apricot, pear, and peach. Very good. One of my old standards that basically never misses.
