Always a benchmark for classic Alsatian Riesling

While I generally enjoy Trimbach style, this did not exhibit much concentration and complexity, and finish was more abrupt than expected. This is Riesling.

Dry, clean, mineral, citrus.

Aromatic, lots of flavor, and very dry. My new favorite new Riesling.
