Wonderful example of alsace GT. Exudes lychee, peaches, mild apricot, honeysuckle. Quite aromatic. Smells sweet with the lychee, but drinks dry on the palate. Low acid, bitter on the finish, mild oily appearance. Love this.

The classic confusing mess of perfume and flowers and something I occasionally mistake for reisling petrol greets my nose as I swirl the yellow goodness in my glass. (Geeze I've been reading too much wine Bible) I've lost a little off the nose on day 3 of being opened so let's just sip.
The flowers keep coming along with a little bitter quality. Ripe yellow pear and apple offer a break to the floral assault. Smooth drinking and more alcohol than I expected. Best gewurs I've had to date.
