Love this red blend from Trefethen Family Vineyards. The 2010 Dragon's Tooth Napa Valley Red Blend is 58% Malbec, 22 cab Sauv, and 20 petit Verdot. Rich, full palate with lush berry fruit balanced with nice interested tannin and a baking spice filled finish. Excellent with steak, lamb, or pot roast on a Friday night!

Decent blend but a bit of all over the place, not the best this vineyard has to offer. Paired it with chocolate, which did not work (turned the taste sour), probably would be ok with steak, but not as good as their Cabernet.
