Chardonnay.. Really pretty/elegant. Very pulingy Montrachet esc. Apple, toasty lees, caramel, slate minerality and great acid. Bravo to a new world hitting the old world. I'm a fan. Thanks Andrew!

What I think is the quintessential example of California Pinot from the Central Coast. For the money, I'll throw most of its northern neighbors in the trash. This wine begs to be coupled with food. Seriously, for the price, Sonoma flashy crap doesn't stand a chance!

Outstanding at $24. Wonderful new world fruit but old world minerality. Serve at 60 degrees. Another SommSelect choice.

Pretty solid PN, even if it’s not my particular style. On the nose Asian Five-Spice, Cola and Maraschino Cherry. On the palate fruity, warm, and bright.

Dry Earthy and unripe red fruit nose. Tart cherry and cranberry. Baking spices. High minerality, dusty finish. High acid. Med finish. Fruit plays second fiddle to the soil. Interesting and fun for the price.

2013 was the best Pinot I can ever remember. 2014 not so much. I wish I could find a case!
