Easily a Premier Cru site for Pinot Noir in the Santa Cruz Mountains if not Grand Cru

This is what dreams are made of, Pinot Noir edition. Enough depth of flavor to pair with food, but light enough on the palate to be enjoyable on a summer day. Fruit forward, lush, and a hint of smoke on the finish.

A bit lighter and brighter than a typical Pinot. Smooth not heavily fruited. Enjoyed it both as an aperitif wine prior to pairing it with the main event a beef burgundy. Will definitely buy again.
