Etna Bianco Carricante
My first carricante. Pleasant. Nice golden color. Minerality, light nose, more viscous than sauvignon blank or Chardonnay. Fresh fruit and medium finish.

Made from Carricante grown at 650 meters above sea level on the northern slope of Etna. Really quite impressive, well done here. (Ian D'Agata, Vinous, August 2019)
