Dec 18th, 2020Super grassy citrus and GREEN! a little bell pepper at the end. Lots of acid, green and vegetal on the palate. So very different from Loire Valley. Table Wine online Get to Know Sauv Blanc class, and my #gotm2020 for May! Went fantastic with a green Thai curry the next night.

Oct 13th, 2017I've long been a fan of Sauvignon Blanc, especially those from new Zealand. Most of my top choices have been from the Marlborough region, so I thought giving this new region would be nice. Unfortunately, the results were less than I'd hoped. Not sure what it was but something was just too sweet for my palate.
