One of the great offerings from Top and @Stanley Barrios the Wine Nerd Herd had the opportunity to taste from a shiner bottle and was impressed then. Now in “bottle” mineral accented by wild strawberry and wet stone. Dried flowers and layers of ripe cherries create a great offering.
EDIT-I’m upping my score, as this warms up in the glass I get a viscous mouthfeel that draws me back for more.

Every sip was followed with, “Holy sh*t this is so good”. When a wine makes you come out of your delectable hibernation it says something. Rosé of Mourvèdre - beautiful lush mouthfeel with the right amount of tartness and acidity. I’m too busy drinking and enjoying it to write more. @Stanley Barrios - I love everything that you make but I am stalking Yudy for more of this 🙏🏻. It’s even better than the shiner we enjoyed at lunch in Tin City with the Wine Nerd Herd this fall.

This is a nice rosé, muted nose from the cold serving temp, with a nice mid-palate strawberry note, but strong can tomato finish. Expensive and just not impressed here.
