Nov 1st, 2021Wild and untamed, this Ploussard is alive with insane amount of reduction that takes time to get rid of. A couple of hours at least, after which there is little time to drink up before the mousiness shows up. Otherwise a fair amount of acidity and nice red berry profile if you can look past the not so few or small flaws.

Natural wine from Tony Bornard, Philippe Bornard's son. This is his first vintage. Juicy, a faint hint of white pepper. Lovely stuff.
