Actually pretty disappointed by this one, although it wasn’t too expensive. Drank too vibrant & vegetal for me. It did drink better (more mellow) on day 2.

Nov 4th, 2019Really delicious. Great balance of the deep dried fruit from the amarone skins with the brighter sour cherry of the Corvina. The acid is just slightly brighter than I’d like, bur the effervescence is nice and makes for a great food wine.

Quite good - maybe even great! Superb bouquet on the nose, sturdy well structured full body on the tongue. Excellent, slightly jammy with a smooth finish at the end - excellent glass!
