So much black licorice. I didn’t like this wine but hubby loved it. It has nice complexity though so I can still enjoy a glass. Other than the anise, there’s Black Forest cake & vanilla one the nose. Similar in taste but not sweet. Well-balanced mouth feel, medium bodied.

Fruity wine, but already past its time. The 2020 should be better than this 2018. The wine has already lost its freshness and has become too acidic.
