Sweet, jammy taste when you first open. This definitely mellows out after 30 minutes of being open, and starts to taste like a more expensive wine. Love Tommasi, so I was excited to find this at Wegmans.

1st bottle was jammy and yum. The 2nd bottle was more acidy and not as nice!!

The Sangiovese makes this cab blend a little spicy but I shouldn't have given in to temptation, its still too young.
