Cherry red color, liquorice, ash, smoked, very delicate on smell. Long persistence, quite powerful on mouth. Tempranillo + cab sauvignon+ merlot aged in french barrels. Pairing with fried peppers and other tapas.

This was quite tasty. A quick decant should help enhance it further and tame the tannins a bit. Needs food like a good grilled rib eye. Luscious red and black fruit flavors with firm acidity. It has a lovely and subtle creaminess i really enjoyed along with a delightful graphite component. Great Ribera del Duero expression.
