Top Notes For
Interesting nose of flora and fruits. Balanced acidity and tannins. Not bad and would totally drink it again... The nose is defiantly more appealing than the pallet.

Feb 1st, 2019Delicious entry Cabernet from Tom! This is a great everyday wine and gives you a hint of what his more pricey Cabernet will be like. Tom’s wine show great restraint and aren’t fruit or vanilla bombs. This one has black fruits, cherry, toffee, mocha, cedar and maybe charcoal on the nose. The palate carries cherry, graphite, dried herbs, and currant. It needs an hour to really open up but shows very well once it does! This an excellent steak wine. Paired it with a filet
