Not Burgundian, but far from cougar juice; it's the sort of refined judiciously oaked chardonnay that is all to difficult to come by these days. Rich orchard fruits, lemon curd, hazelnut, lacquered in creamy vanilla oak. No jarring oak spice not tropical fruit cocktails.
