Interesting cab. More vegetal and earthy than fruit forward. Couldn't get the scent of shishito peppers outta my mind. Spice, subtle dark fruits and nice acid.

Dark ruby in color with a brick rim.
Gorgeous fruity nose, with blackberries, blueberries, figs, black currants, candy and vanilla.
Full-bodied and smooth with great looking legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, figs, vanilla, cloves, licorice, currants, earth, cherries and black pepper.
Long finish with smooth tannins, peppercorn and light sour cherries.
What a great 5 year old Cabernet from Israel this is. Complex and well balanced. Great to enjoy by itself. Currently, at its peak.
85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Syrah and 7% Merlot from Judea hills, Israel. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
14% alcohol by volume.
