Okanagan Valley Chardonnay

Opened a few days before...showing mostly wood.

Crisp and creamy in harmony. So much acidity, nicely balanced with sweet-ish vanilla oak notes. A teeter-totter of tastes. Ideal. All fruit from Tinhorn's Black Sage Bench Diamondback Vineyard. (sample)

Blown away by how this has aged. Acidity had softened, but is still bright. Vanilla and tropical fruit are joined with citrus. I'm enjoying it more today than when it was released.

Subtle, is excellent as an after dinner wine- not sweet, very enjoyable

This is actually a little peppery on the aftertaste. It's different. I like different.

Very light and refreshing. Like grape Gatorade.

Oh my. This is good. No wonder Decanter just gave it a 95 rating. It reminds me of the early 2000's Beringer Chards Barrel fermented and spent time on the yeast. Delicious.

2014 is not super buttery but still has that smoothness. It's fruity and really nice
