Niçoise salad. Could there be anything better than Rosé? Provence or @TinhornCreek, I'm game. — 12 years ago

Decanted for 1 hour prior to drinking. Begins with a fairly hot nose of cedar and dark fruit and transitions into a powerfully juicy palate of blackberry, leather, clove and bell pepper. A superb expression of Canadian Cab Franc. Paired with a 20 day aged striploin with tarragon-sauce and both golden and red beets as well as Scarlett runner beans we grew in our garden. 👌🏻 🍷 — 6 years ago

The only thing that's better than a beautiful Cabernet Franc is a beautiful Cabernet Franc Rosé. Watermelon and berries with enough sweetness to hold court on a sunny patio, balanced to play host to a slew of summer foods - including pork belly and authentic barbecue. A happy place. — 11 years ago
Blown away by how this has aged. Acidity had softened, but is still bright. Vanilla and tropical fruit are joined with citrus. I'm enjoying it more today than when it was released. — 12 years ago
